At NUMI KOREA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NUMI KOREA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
